Job Title: Junior Receptionist

 

Location: Cresta, Northcliff, Johannesburg

 

Type: Part-Time

 

Salary: R2400 per month

 

Work Days: 3 days a week

 

Work Schedule: Rotational schedule, including every 2nd Saturday

 

Work Times: 8 am - 5 pm

 

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Receptionist to join Mewelo Medical's client's medical practice near Cresta Northcliff JHB. As a Junior Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications:

 Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality.

Attention to detail and organized approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to create a positive patient experience.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a medical or healthcare setting.

Students currently studying in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

 

Greet and assist patients, managing their expectations about wait times, procedures, and paperwork.

Support the doctor with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient patient flow.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
