About the Role
Pepkor is looking for a dynamic People Support Practitioner to deliver comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This role focuses on operational excellence, employee relations, and the implementation of strategic HR initiatives within the Payments and Lending division.
You will serve as a primary link between management and employees, resolving HR queries and providing guidance on policies. The role also includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources Management
- In-depth knowledge of South African Labour Law (BCEA and LRA)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
